A watershed is an area of land that drains to a river or stream.  The Ogeechee Watershed drains over 5,000 square miles in southeast Georgia. 

The Ogeechee Watershed is made up of 4 sub-watersheds:  Upper Ogeechee (outlined in purple), Canoochee (outlined in red), Lower Ogeechee (outlined in green), and Ogeechee Coastal (outlined in blue).
