Fire Festival

Ogeechee Riverkeeper will be part of Fire Festival in Guyton, Georgia.

Enjoy a fun day outdoors celebrating how prescribed fire is good for Georgia’s forests and meet some of the organizations using it to support healthy wildlife habitat and reduce the risk of wildfires. It’s a FREE festival for the whole family with fire equipment, food trucks, face painting, and games! Explore nature exhibits, fire equipment, and the many benefits of prescribed fire.
