Become a citizen scientist, collecting water samples and testing for chemical levels in your neighborhood. You’ll be an ORK volunteer, helping to collect vital scientific information to keep our waterways protected.
This training is free. Registration is required.
Participants should bring their own lunch, water, and notebook. All classroom materials will be provided. Registrants will receive an email with detailed directions and information.

The event will take place on Saturday, May 22, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. – noon, with COVID-19 safety measures in place.
Individuals and families can pick up a packet of supplies – complete with gloves, trash bags, litter pickers, and a map of a designated right-of-way location.
Supplies will be available for pickup in Claxton, exact location TBD.
