Nature Yoga

Take a “tour” of the Ogeechee River Basin through yoga poses with ORK’s Mel Sparrow. This will be a one hour practice followed by an optional lunch. Yoga practice is beginner friendly and all props are provided by the studio. 

Mel, RYT 200/Yin 50, specializes in gentle flow and yin styles. She teaches beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. The first class at Kindred is free.
